Moncada Day is celebrated in Cuba as National Day of Rebellion. This July 26, 2022 is the 69th year since the attack on the Moncada and Bayamo barracks by a hundred and sixty brave young people who dared to challenge the Batista dictatorship. Although it ended in failure, it had planted the seeds of the July 26 Movement. |
