Celebration of jose marti perez
This year is the 165th birth anniversary of Cuban national hero José Marti Perez (on January 28). Amb. Ibete offered a wreath at the José Marti bust in Manila. The City of Manila was represented by the Director of the Manila Tourism & Cultural Affairs Bureau, Atty. Solfia Arboladura, who also offered a wreath. Present were the members of PhilCuba, PCFS and Amistad, the three Philippine friendship groups that have relations with the Instituto Cubano de Amistad con los Pueblos (ICAP), Cuba's friendship arm.
